Second birthday

Molly's 2nd birthday tea was lovely. A very small affair, just Eva and Elliot. Her two other friends both had the same horrible tummy bug so our afternoon tea party was even smaller then anticipated, but she had a great time.

Most importantly she recognised who was on her cake immediately. Phew! You have no idea how long Daddy and I struggled to make it look like Pingu (just in case, OK, you might have guessed it eventually but you know...!). But that doesn't matter now, because she grinned from ear to ear and shouted 'Pingu' as soon as I bought it in the room. Success!

She ate all her favourite things, cake, chippies, marshmallows and chocolate crispy cakes. Went on a huge sugar rampage and then collapsed into bed, so it was all good.
